I love the Balm! The Balm is like a healthy cosmetic brand for teenagers and for me it's great for my very sensitive skin! I can't say it's the best tinted moisturizer because I never use Laura Mercier products which has become a haul for everybody in Sephora. But for me, I really love this balmshelter tinted moisturizer. Everything about the balm is great for me. The cute packaging is one of the zillion reasons why I purchased it! Haha, just face it guys! I'm a packaging girl! Lol. But, despite its packaging, the quality of this product is great! Like I always tell you all, that my skin is very sensitive and I tried this when I have a bad acne. And it's not making my skin worst. I'm a type of girl to like a product that needs retouched. Because it signs that products are light and easly to remove. That kind of products are great for sensitive skin.

Maybe if you're looking for a great coverage, this product would not help you. It's very light and when you put on your face there's not any significant changing color of your face. It reduces redness, but not that coverage. You can still see your bumpy skin and spots but it's just fading. For me, oily skin doesn't mean that we need to find product to vanish the oil. Oil on your face is still needed. Thank god that people with oil skin usually can reduce early wrinkles because automatically God give them kinda nature moisturizer, yet for some people are kinda annoying to have oily and greasy look. But we just need to reduce it a little bit not to make it gone forever. I've been using this for 23 weeks and I still on my first bottle, maybe because I use it just when I'm going out which means everyday (go to campus, hang out, dinner, lunch or everywhere everytime). I'm not using make up when I'm at home and I use it like a pebble-sized. Not that much to put on. Just feel it right for my face.
What I can say about this product is it's very light and smells nice for me. I recommend you to not get fooled by the selection colour. For people like me, you have a tan skin, not so tan, maybe you should purchase Light/medium instead of the medium one. Because the medium one is too dark somehow. But I can handle it though. It can be use as make up base and it has SPF 18. Remember! Put on your sunscreen before you go! Maybe it's good purchased item as a moisturizer, sunscreen and make up base!
