Oke ini procedurnya pengerjaannya ya...
Pertama, Aesthetician akan mengukur bagian tubuh yang akan diberi perawatan, jadi kamu bisa melakukan perbandingan sebelum dan setelah melakukan perawatan. karena waktu itu bagian perut, jadi yang diukur itu perut atas, pinggang dan perut bawah. Setelah diukur dan berganti pakaian, kami berbaring di tempat tidur.
Disamping tempat tidur itu, terdapat alat pemijat yang besarnya sekepalan tangan yang diletakkan di samping tempat tidur dengan bola-bola kecil pada kepalanya. Nama alat pijat ini adalah Pollogen.

Saat sudah berbaring, aesthetician memberikan sebuah gel bening pada permukaan kulit perut dengan tujuan untuk memperkecil efek rasa panas yang berlebihan ketika sedang dipijat dengan alat pijat yang menimbulkan energi panas ini.
Waktu pertama kali disentuhkan ke kulit, ada rasa setruman yang agak sakit. Nggak lebay kok, cuma kayak semut kecil cuma ada 10 aja gigit-gigit hahaha. Then, aesthetician will slowly and intensly moving the messenger tools, pollogen, giving a massage with circular motion and repeatedly forming a number 8 on your tummy, urutannya dimulai dari bagian kiri bawah lalu bergerak ke perut bawah dan seterusnya seperti arah jarum jam. Untuk setiap circular motion pada suatu area, panas yang diinginkan adalah 40 derajat celcius. Panas banget, lho gengs!
Pertama setelah selesai perawatan, bisa deh melihat perut jadi merah banget. Malahan, beberapa pelanggan ada yang sampai biru keesokan harinya. Tenang aja, rasa sakit ini lama-lama akan hilang kok. For me, I think it just lasted for 2 days after the treatment and thank god there's no bruises. Tapi beda sama onic, si Onic sampai 5 hari setelah perawatan masih bisa ngerasain sakitnya. Bukan sakit sih, apa yaaa kayak pegal gitu abis sit up 100 kali tanpa pemanasan.
Nah, Durasi satu kali perawatan cenderung sebentar sih, untuk area seperti perut dan paha bisa dilakukan hanya dengan waktu 30 menit dan bokong selama 60 menit. Cocok kan untuk orang sok sibuk macam saya inih ? Bisa ke Surface Skin Habit di waktu luang dan bisa pulang dengan perut yang lebih ramping hanya dalam 30 menit, broh.
Tapi ada yang harus digaris bawahi, program keep it tight ini dirancang untuk 6-8 kali perawatan yang dapat dilakukan setiap minggu dan dapat digabungkan pada target area tubuh yang diinginkan. Jadi biarpun sekali perawatan langsung berkurang 4cm, bukan berarti bertahan selamanya! Katanya, untuk sekali perawatan ini, kekencangan yang dirasakan bisa bertahan seminggu. Itupun dengan mengontrol asupan makanan yang nggak berlebihan. Dan.... sedikit peringatan aja sih, the price is not cheap. Sekali perawatan untuk fat belly ini seharga Rp900.000,- Dan harganya bisa gradually naik kalau areanya buat paha yang notabennya ada kanan sama kiri, trus bokong juga hehe

Diet
The ugly truth about reducing bloating is diet. Kalau kamu nggak memulai mengganti pola makanmu yang tidak sehat, gimana mau menghilangkan lemak di bawah kulit dan perut yang buncit? Kurangi asupan garam dan gula berlebih, junk food atau makan cepat saji juga merupakan sumber lemak jenuh yang tidak sehat itu. Apalagi makanan yang diproses seperti frozen food dan canned food yang biasanya mengandung MSG. Mengurangi karbohidrat juga memberikan efek yang besar. Coba konsumsi banyak air putih dan minuman tanpa gula lainnya. Coba deh buat menu diet sehat dari sekarang! Kalau males untuk masak sendiri, sudah banyak banyak banget catering service yang menyediakan makanan sehat tanpa garam dan MSG.
Nih, aku rekomendasiin yaa yang aku konsumsi beberapa bulan terakhir ini.
Siapa yang nyangka sih kalau anak IT Binus yang hobi masak jadi pengusaha catering? Yes, stefani si pemilik ini adalah temenku. Dan awalnya aku gak tertarik sama sekali sih buat makan makanan sehat. Tapi, sampai akhirnya seperti di post jerawat update beberapa waktu lalu kalau makan itu penting buat diperhatikan. Apalagi yang mau bikin kulit mulus lus lus kayak song hye kyo.
Disamping stefani temen ai, jadi enak kalau mau ngabarin hari ini aku ada dimana dan minta dipindah pengantarannya ke tempat lain. Tapi, emang stefani baik banget kok gengs kalo mau ngurus sana sini buat kalian pindah waktu dan tempat pengantarannya. Recommended deh.
Enak enak lagi biarpun yaaaa sedikit.... namanya juga lose weight program.... HAHAHA
Exercise
Olahraga itu bukan bikin kurus, melainkan membentuk otot kita jadi lebih padat dan tidak berlemak. Selain membentuk otot yang lebih kecang, olahraga juga membantu pernapasan dan peredaran darah. Nah, coba deh ikuti beberapa kelas olahraga di gym, pilates, atau yoga. Atau, kalau kamu nggak tertarik untuk pergi ke gym, kamu bisa mengikuti latihan di YouTube sebagai personal trainer di rumah. Sediakan mat exercise dan kamu bisa berkeringat mengikuti gerakan-gerakan cardio sederhana yang ada di YouTube. But, just face the truth above all, olahraga tidak bakal berhasil membentuk tubuhmu menjadi lebih kencang kalau kamu tidak mengawasi pola makan sehatmu. Ingat, kalau kamu habis olahraga lalu makan mie instan yang kalorinya seperti 2 piring nasi, percuma dong… Okay, let’s say bye to fatty!

Okay, so....
If you see from the title, it's obvious this blog is about diet and exercise.
I've been starting to maintain my diet and work out routine since April 2016. It's started when I felt so unhealthy and my bad breakout in March 2016. So, I decided to take a Pilates class for starter.
I've never been a flexible nor good posture. Yes, I am a dancer. I used to.. for 4 years in college years but not meant to be a flexible one. Just a quite toned one, some parts (and that's obviously not my belly). But, I'm gonna share with you what exercise and how I feel now about back in the game.
Pilates
For many people who are curious about Pilates. It's a super fun and eye opening exercise. Pilates is an exercise that will make an high impact on your endurance and flexibility. It takes a lot of practice and time to be like Andien (the singer) or Selena Gomez. But, yeah. I feel like I'm getting to know my strength through pilates. The movement is not high impact as cardio does. But, still it's really tiring because you have to stretch and maximize your muscles with steady and slow movement. Repetition is the key. And 10 session is just right for a beginner for me.
My purpose to do pilates sessions is to make my posture better. I was constantly having a back pain in the morning and easy to get tired during the day. Since I started my pilates session every Saturday morning at 6 am, I feel more aware which part of my body is weaker and stronger to hold my weight. And the advantage is... since I have pilates session every saturday morning, I am able to wake up early every saturday. Done doing shower at 8 am and have my breakfast. It's like a miracle and also it's a productive Saturday for me.
You know, with the deadline, just starting to run my own designer house, waking up early morning every saturday is like opening a door of fortune chamber.
I take my class in My Pilates Studio Ciranjang, Kebayoran Baru.
When I started, my instructor is Sari. She's about my age and she's a energetic person. I love her passion of traveling and fashion. But now, I changed to Mrs. Uray last month because Sari is pursuing her career as fashion designer.
Both of them are really funny and really cautious about training my posture every session.
The price is quite expensive. Pilates is not a yoga. It looks like yoga with equipment but it's a total different!
The price may vary.
For one visit starts from 350.000 for Apprentice, 450.000 for Junior Certified, 600.000 for Senior Certified, and 720.000 for Fully Certified.
For 10 sessions may vary from Rp3.000.0000,- to Rp6.500.000,- depends whom you're training with.
And it's also safe for pregnant woman. So it's all certified.

Now, I'm gonna talk about yoga. I used to soon cynical about Yoga. I mean, it's boring. It's not high impact like cardio and it's done by meditating. I never thought yoga is capable to make me sweat enough. BUT!
Here's the funny thing.
I'm in love with YOGA! I love yoga!
It's simple, no need any equipment (only the matt) and also cheaper than pilates. And it's also high impact. I was underestimating Yoga could make me sore and sweat like crazy.
My high school friend is a yoga instructor. When I saw her post in Path (she's opening a yoga session. Private.) I was thinking "maybe I should try.. I would never know it's working if I don't try.
So, I booked her to a private session at my house on Sunday at 7 AM.
oh well, Her name is Soraya and she's been practicing yoga since 2010. She's certified and she's so patience with my inability LOL.
You know what? YOGA IS FUCKING HARD!
Who said it's not a high impact?! I was sweating like crazy when I hold a warrior position HAHA.
Since my first session, I fell in love!
Now I have two sessions every weekend. Saturday for Pilates and Sunday for Yoga.
Never thought I could do a head stand, or.. anything goes backward. HAHAHA.
And she said I'm so strong and flexible. What? That's nuts!
Yoga and pilates are my jam now!

Okay the last one that's become a habit... is buying sport apparel. From Cotton On to Adidas. Ivy Park to Stella McCartney. It is like an addiction to buy those clothes. Since a mood booster of a training session is wearing a great sport bra and uber comfy legging. Also, a great mat on the floor.
You know, things are really easy now. To get those uber cool stuff. Sport bra is actually my aesthetic. But sometimes, I feel hard to purchase those thing in the store. Because when I go to the store, I never really make up my mind to buy. Then, I have to go back and forth and so on. It's tiring.
But thank god for technology. Thank you E-Commerce!

Been a long time guys! I'm so sorry to abandon this blog for too long. I've been working as fashion & beauty writer from 9 to 19, also a stylist and a fashion designer for my upcoming brand. People are interested when it comes to Acne and how to deal with it. If you read my blog from 2012, I struggled with bad acne. So bad until I couldn't stand to see my face back then. And thank god, I finally found my self curing the acne without any doctors.
It was a long story. In 2013, I got this bad acne moment. Like my whole face covered with acne which I never had before since in a school year. 2013 means I was on my third year in college and it was really hectic but I didn't recall what was the real thing caused the acne. My dorm's water was bad, my eating habit was bad, I gained weight and so on, I was stressed because of internship and preparation for final assignment and so on. So it was a troublesome year.
My breakout was really bad until I couldn't put my hands on it. Like really bad! Many things I'd tried. I already had my skin doctor back then, in Medistra Hospital in Jakarta. And it had been 4 years I went to the same doctor to get day cream, night cream and vitamin. When it was happened, my doctor said maybe because my eating, so I didn't eat seafood, cheese, anything spicy. And I was sure that my acne is hormonal phase. Because if I backtracked my ancestry, My dad had a very bad acne too. He has a very oily-sensitive skin type and got acne when he was in his puberty. So, I strongly believed that my dad's gene is the problem.
My doctor gave me a lot of stuff, from night cream, acne cream, and juno soap bar that would dry out my skin very bad. Until one day, she gave me Accutane.

When it was happened, my doctor said maybe because my eating, so I didn't eat seafood, cheese, anything spicy. And I was sure that my acne is hormonal phase. Because if I backtracked my ancestry, My dad had a very bad acne too. He has a very oily-sensitive skin type and got acne when he was in his puberty. So, I strongly believed that my dad's gene is the problem.
My doctor gave me a lot of stuff, from night cream, acne cream, and juno soap bar that would dry out my skin very bad. Until one day, she gave me Accutane.

"Accutane is a form of vitamin A. It reduces the amount of oil released by oil glands in your skin, and helps your skin renew itself more quickly.
Accutane is used to treat severe nodular acne. It is usually given after other acne medicines or antibiotics have been tried without successful treatment of symptoms."
Even my doctor was giving me a prescription and warned me about Accutane she would only gave me 10 pills because it would dry out my body really bad. I should take at least 3 liters a day to keep me hydrate and she told me that this Accutane would gave me a sensitive feeling. When I took the first 10 pills, I didn't get any period for a month. And I searched about this medicine, it would dry out my uterus. So terrifying to know that. And after she gave me second batch of the Accutane, I felt like 'I need to stop this shit right now'. Because I felt my body was not healthy. I skipped 2 my period and my acne did not seem to be fine.
So I stopped everything. I stopped going to the doctor, putting all those acne creams, and from the world. I decided to go home and leave my dorm (because the water). And I feel more secure at home, you know with all people asked my how I my acne got worse and so on. So I thought going home is the answer. During that time I became obsessed with curing acne. I watched all youtube videos about acne, I need something to cure it, I need a nature ingredients to cure it. Until, I found an article about honey. I read that honey could cure acne because its anti bacteria ingredients. So I bought a real honey from my friend, she's arabian and her honey must be not from a supermarket for sure lol.
Almost 6 months, I used honey for my skin care. From cleansing to mask everyday, every night. Until one day, I want to find a facial foam. In dorm, I had a roommate. Her name is Tia and she never got any pimples. Just say that her skin is just okay. Not oily and never got any pimples. She used Nivea back then, she used Foaming Cleanser from Nivea (the refreshing series) and she only used the nivea cream. She said, "I have never changed my skincare since in school. And Nivea is really gentle for me." So I bought a Nivea, just like hers.
Surprisingly, it works wonders on my skin. It didn't break me out and also it's nice on my face. I've been using Nivea for my facial cleansing foam since then. After that, I continued my quest to find a moisturizer for my skin. Because acne scars are not nice, also dark spots. I made a commitment when I turned 20, I need a regimen for my skin for acne, dark spots and early aging. You know, being 20 is not simple. Now I'm 23 years old and I still obsessed with skin care and stuff. Because it's like a never ending story! I get older everyday and my skin gets older too.
Last time I checked my skin age with skin scanner, my skin's age is 24 years old. A year older than my actual age! My god! The scanner captured my thin fine lines and dark spots. Sebum and other stuff on my face. The result was pretty good, but still it's older ya know. Since the last time I got a very bad acne, my face was getting clearer. I got zits when it comes to period. So, it's normal.
Until in the early 2016, around February or March, I got a very bad acne (AGAIN!)
WTF?! yeah, a very bad acne stroke me again.
So, this time I've been trying any acne tamers. But it didn't work. Until I decided to give up this unhealthy living. I started clean eating on April 2016. For a month, I tried the healthy catering every lunch and stop eating supper. Replacing breakfast and dinner with Nutrition shakes from Herbalife. My body feels great until today. Surprisingly, my acne starts fading and now it's totally gone!
I stop eating any fried foods
I stop eating any chips or any crunchy stuff in Circle K or 7/11
I stop drinking coke, any processed juices, or anything with sugar
And a good news is.....I started exercising again, exactly April 18th 2016. I stopped exercising in Dec 2014 because I graduated from Collage. I'd been dancing in a group of dancing studio in my college life. So, yeah it's relieving.
I took pilates class in Senopati. And it was awesome! I feel like pilates is like an eye-opening. Because I can exercise and stretching in the same time. I took 10 sessions, I know it seemed a lot for a beginner but I feel better now and never want to stop it.
recently, I took yoga class with my lovely instruction. We do yoga every sunday at my house because we live not far from each other. So she came to my house every sunday morning to teach me Yoga. I've been in 3rd time doing yoga session and she said that I have a quite impressive flexibility. That's a motivation to be better every session.

I'm not telling bollocks here, but you are what you eat. So please keep an eye on your diet and habit. Because all those beautiful skins are not given an instant. You should achieve it.
Watch your diet. Watch your exercise. Watch your skin care. Watch your habit.
