The Balm again!
I re-purchased the balmshelter tinted moisturizer from the Balm with the light/medium color. Because the last time I bought it in medium color. And I found it too dark for my skin tone. But, as you know this tinted moisturizer is very very light. I must say there's no huge difference from the medium to light/medium. It feels okay and same, but maybe this time it doesn't look too dark.
I read alot about the balm and people in beauty forums were loving it so much, especially the blush FratBoy like you see on the picture above. I finally bought it, because it's so tempting to have it.
When I first tried it on my back of my hand, it gave you a nice pink peachy color.
It gives you a natural look peachy pink cheeks. So, I'm pleased with this blush. Because my skin tone is warm tone, I prefer peach to pink blush. Too pink is just too weird to put on my face.
here's a pict when I'm using Fratboy. umm, maybe you could't see it because I think I didn't apply it too obvious :(
in this pict I use : fratboy blush and Mary Lou from The Balm |
You might find it kinda exhausting, But honestly I don't mind if I have to retouch my make up if it feels needed. Because the long-stayed make up is a mess for me. Like 4-5 hours are so long for me. So for my sensitive skin, I always try to retouch or maybe re-make up my face from the start to keep my face fresh and clean. Maybe for mascara and eyeshadow, hem yeah I know it's a little bit too much. I know guys having a very sensitive skin sucks. aw ya, in this pict you can see my blemishes has gone, well it's just a perfect lighting. but, it's fading away. YEAY! I'll update my update skin care routine for you guys. (but maybe you're not too interested to know it -__-). maybe, I'll make a new post about how i've been suffering the bad acne include the progress photos. hem, well I'll think about that. because It's kinda real shocking photos.
in matter of retouching make up, I give you a simple example, if i just go for everyday college look, I start using make up, well we can say from 8 am or 9 am. And basically I have my moisturizer, BalmShelter, translucent powder, mascara sometimes. Then, I'll wash my face at 12 pm or 2 pm whenever I get a break time. And I put it again with the same order.
But for hangout, meeting or something, I try to retouch it after 3-4 hours. Just add translucent powder to make it fresh, or before that, you can take your oil face paper to reduce the oiliness.
Well, maybe for longer stayed result, just don't forget to use primer for your base.
Happy trying! Me love ya!
